Payment Options

All prices are listed in US dollars.  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery, Paypal, and GPay are accepted. For alternative arrangements please contact us directly.

Taxes

All US orders will be charged taxes based on your location. International are responsible for any other local taxes they may incur.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is a "sale" item is Final Sale.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@powermax.io

Turnaround

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. This excludes pre-orders which may take up to 60 days.

Delivery

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will ship your purchase within 5 business days via USPS or DHL Express. US orders are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. International orders very by destination.
